The four-bedroom, 4,200-square-foot Ashlock log home plan by Honest Abe Log Homes, Inc. was custom designed by the homeowners in collaboration with Honest Abe Log Homes’ in-house drafting team. The luxury home features include a great room, open concept kitchen, first-floor master bedroom suite, a loft and screened porch. The master bedroom has a full bath.
There’s an additional downstairs bedroom that can also be outfitted as a home office. A half bath is located in the foyer. Two large upstairs bedrooms share a central full bathroom. A porch surrounds most of the first floor.
The exterior is particularly striking with its twin dormers and gable-within-a-gable front entrance.
All floor plans by Honest Abe can be customized to suit a homeowner’s needs and can be created as a log home, a timber frame or a hybrid. Custom manufactured Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) are also available through Honest Abe.
