The Green Woods is a design that is like no other. Aside from its high grade aesthetics like two timber entries, a covered timber frame porch, beamed deck, octagonal dining turret, and interior trusses, it is a very functional 1500 sq ft footprint. This design is a very open concept where the kitchen, living, and dining room are all in view no matter which room you are in. This makes entertaining and comfortable living very enjoyable. The master bedroom is on the main floor along with a big ensuite and walk-in closet. There are two additional bedrooms, a sitting area, second bathroom, bonus room, and utility storage in the basement. Speaking of the basement, it hardly feels like one as this project was built as a full walkout and allows for natural light on almost 3 sides.
