Exterior of Reclaimed Cabin
Salvaged and new logs blend to give the cozy cabin an authentic look. The home's original floor joists and roof rafters found a new life as exterior trim.

Rustic Great Room
The focal point of the living area is the fireplace. Not a part of the original structure, it was crafted using stones from the property. Salvaged wood from the original upper level and a New Jersey barn became door and window trim, as well as a new TV cabinet crafted by homeowner Paul Kingsbury.

Country Kitchen
The centerpiece of the kitchen is the 100-year-old stove. It was rebuilt to include a new insulated electric oven. The burners are original and are totally functional.

Cozy Master Bedroom
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the main-level master bedroom allow sunlight to pour into the space and also provide a view of the rolling hills of the Kingsbury's property.

Antique Bathroom
In the downstairs bath, the flea-market antique sink is an authentic touch in this already historic structure. Kitschy red country curtains and a pair of porcelain chicks atop the cabinet inject a burst of color and whimsy.
